Is my donation tax-deductible? Viñoly Foundation is a private foundation that is tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We will send your receipt upon successful completion of your donation. What are my options for making a gift in Rafael’s honor? Payment options via check, wire transfer, or credit card.

How can I make a donation via wire transfer? To make a donation via wire transfer, email info@vinolyfoundation.org to request our bank information.
How can I make a donation via credit card? We use PayPal to process our credit card transactions. Please note: Please note: Donations made via credit card will incur a fee that can add up when making a large gift. We ask that you reserve this method of payment for modest gifts and make larger gifts via check or wire transfer.

My company matches my gifts to section 501(c)(3) organizations. Is the Foundation eligible to receive this type of match? Yes, the IRS recognizes the Viñoly Foundation as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. Thanks for asking!
